The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors at the top of the Northstar resort. The reception will be indoors but will have access to the outdoor spaces all evening.

We recommend dressing Semi-Formal. Both long or short dresses are appropriate, and ties are optional. There will be some walking on dirt to get to the venue, so we also don’t recommend stilettos.

There will be two gondola rides to get from the Village at Northstar to the Venue. You will need to sign a waiver, but tickets will be provided by us. The second gondola you will have the option to take a closed gondola or open air chairlift. On the way back down closed gondolas will be mandatory.

The wedding day will be Adult only, we want you to be able to relax and enjoy yourself. If your children are in town with you they are welcome to join the Welcome Drinks and Recovery Morning

Does a bear shit in the woods?

The answer technically is yes. However, It is very small and the area will be strictly enforced due to the forests fire danger.

There is parking at the Village at Northstar, but you will have to take the gondolas to the venue. There is also a shuttle that can pick you up if you are staying in the neighboring Northstar communities.

We encourage you make a whole weekend of the event. If you will be joining us for every event including golf and recovery Sunday, we recommend Wednesday evening through Sunday.
